Our nicely furnished living rooms include a 27 inch TV with DVD players. The baths include all you’ll need with multiple sets of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The kitchen is furnished to cook up a storm. Wireless broadband Internet service is also included.
In addition to the usual lineup of full size frost-free refrigerator/freezer, 4-place burner/oven plus microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and toaster, we include place settings for 4 (6 in the two bedroom units), complete steak knife sets, electric can opener, 4 storage bowls with lids, colander, pitcher, complete set of cookware, frying pan sets, bakeware, roasting pan, salt and pepper set, cream and sugar bowls.
For your information, all units come with an iron and ironing board, broom and dust pan. In addition, we are one-half mile north of a large Safeway, one-half mile north of Albertson's and one mile west of an equally large Fry's Food and Drugs.
Our bedrooms are beautifully furnished with multiple sets of linens and blankets, and a set of pillows. The closets have hangers (you must supply the clothes!). All guest suites include private patios or balconies, most with pool or mountain views.
St. Philip's Corner is a "smoke free environment" All guest suites are non-smoking.
